Smoking or vaping within the premises is strictly prohibited, and any breach of this policy will result in a $500 fine, alongside the standard cleaning fee. In the event of persistent tobacco or cannabis odors post-checkout, an additional smoke remediation cleaning charge will be levied.
Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
